Photograph of freshly baked pita flat bread in a small traditional in Safi, Jordan. The baker with hands holding the bread is Raschaid Joiehan and he bakes delicious small round flatbread in a wood fired oven. The pita bread is double-layered wheat flat bread that has a pocket and often served with hummus. Safi is on the foot of the Jordanian Hills near the Dead Sea.
